I am here to gently and lovingly walk you home to yourself.

We will create safety. We will tend to what is hurt and give space to what must be expressed. We will restore your system so that you can feel at peace in your body again. And gradually, we will rebuild your home – your life – in a way that feels deeply nourishing for you.

Integrative Therapy can help you:

  • Go from people-pleasing and over-giving to having healthy boundaries and prioritizing your own needs and desires.
  • Go from being stuck in anxiety and overwhelm to having a regulated nervous system, and feeling safe in the world.
  • Go from being small and silent to speaking your truth and living a more full and purposeful life.
  • Go from being depressed, exhausted and sick to feeling more energy, vitality, and joy.
  • Go from feeling broken and ashamed to really knowing you inherent worth, beauty and power.
  • Go from numbing or avoiding your pain to being able to express healthy anger and access deeper joy and wisdom.

Questions and Answers

CAN THERAPY HELP ME?

I believe that all humans can benefit from therapy – including myself, which is why I attend my own personal therapy. I have completed training in multiple treatment modalities that uniquely address healing and emotional, physical and spiritual health.

The effectiveness of therapy will depend on how you show up during sessions (willingness, participation, openness, honesty) and your ability to engage in the process both in and out of session.

WHAT WILL SESSIONS LOOK LIKE?

Therapy is a very individualized process. Therefore, sessions can look different for each person depending on their goals and unique healing journey. I will meet you where you are at, and together we will work towards achieving your goals. The therapies I utilize don’t require you to retell the details of your traumatic experiences – you don’t have to relieve your trauma in order to heal.

Sessions may involve the following:

  • sharing information about yourself and your experiences
  • exploring past coping mechanisms and relational patterns
  • learning new information and skills, practicing self-compassion
  • engaging in mindfulness/awareness practices (i.e., noticing thoughts, emotions, and body sensations)
  • identifying personal values
  • processing trauma, unresolved grief and repetitive thinking patterns through  SE, IFS and other modalities.

HOW LONG WILL I NEED TO BE IN THERAPY?

The duration of therapy is different for each person. Every person comes to therapy with different circumstances, needs, and goals. Some people choose to come for a few months and others for years. We review the therapy, goals and progress together at bi-monthly intervals to explore appropriate endings of the sessions.  Some clients decide to work twice a month or once a month for a while. This is something you will determine based on their current stressors, resources (self-care, support system, coping skills), and your goals for therapy.

Progress will also depend on your willingness and ability to engage in the process (which at times may feel uncomfortable) both in session and out of session.

HOW OFTEN WILL WE MEET?

This will depend on both your availability and mine. Typically, clients choose to meet.

weekly initially  in the beginning and then shift to meeting less often. I will support whatever frequency works best for you.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST SESSION?

After we schedule a session, I will email you the initial paperwork through your client portal. Please complete the paperwork at least 48 hours prior to our session. If we are meeting virtually, you will receive a link to our session. Once you’ve completed the initial paperwork, there is nothing else you need to do.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

£95 for a 60-minute session.

This fee is configured from my education, experience, specialized training, and the expertise I offer in Somatic Experiencing (SE),  mindfulness, trauma, attachment, breathwork, and mind-body healing.

Extended sessions can be offered at a prorated fee. The fee can be paid with bank transfer or debit/credit card.

COME HOME TO YOURSELF

1:1 Psychotherapy/Counselling

from £95 per session

1:2 Couples Therapy

from £150 per session

Serving professionals in London face to face and online.

I only offer six x 1:1 or 1:2 client sessions per week.  The maximum number of sessions I will schedule per day is two.

Because my private practice is so small I am able to make a clear commitment in time and energy to each person who chooses to work with me.  To the best of my ability, I allow time at the end of the sessions, so that if extra time is needed, its available to us.
